Small update 2.0.6

Just before we manage to push out the new version 2.1 including the new world and features, we found some problems for people with fast devices like the Nexus One. Basically the game was running at warp-speed and unplayable! So this update takes care of those gamers, also fixing some small issues with horizontal elevators in the process!
This should be the last fix we do before the 2.1 release 
so stay tuned! the promissed world is still on it’s way!
